PM tip: Don’t confuse users with poor copy.

Here’s Swiggy’s “No bag” toggle when it's disabled:

• The switch is ON, implying "I don't need a bag"
• But the copy says: “Due to high demand, No bag delivery is currently unavailable”

and then in the copy itself,

• you first read “No bag delivery” > I won't get a bag?
• then “unavailable” > wait, so I will get a bag?

mental maths: “No bag delivery” is unavailable so I'll (probably) get a bag? but wait the toggle is on so I won't get a bag?

why not just remove the option if it's unavailable. 🤷‍♂️
