dots is insane

Okay OpenAI, I wasn't aware of your game.

dots is insane.

Imo it's one of the next best naturally intuitive things I've found myself using.

Instinct was good, it already had that cool new agent vibe in iMessage.

But I didn't know what it would look like when I'm coding.

Well. I have ~10 open threads right now. Backend, frontend, integrations, deployment.

Before dots, that meant copying context between them, checking each thread, and asking what's blocked.

I had the backend and a redesign with Claude running separately. dots carried the requirements between them.

It's coordinating all the threads I've asked it to handle, in one single session. I don't have to care about the context of the chat I'm in anymore, and that is magical.

It's like having a personal "you" b/w everything you're working on.

So the only thing I was here for — being the mediator b/w AI and code and what gets shipped, and doing a ton of context switching in the middle — AI has just taken away that job too?

I'm still making the product decisions.

Sucks, but excited.
